I would like to more details on effect of overnight water soaking on Number of days take for germination, Germination Percentage and growth of seedling. I shall look forward for reply.

Hi Dr. Chalapathy,
We have had great results with the overnight soaking with germination in 4-7 days. These are not fresh seeds we are using so we are very impressed. We have also experimented with soaking the seeds in a plant growth solution and have seen good growth after germination.
We have found the major factor for good growth is a good soil. The jatropha will have great growth with proper nutrition and water.
